Multilingual Automatic Translation Service（多言語自動翻訳サービス）

Currently, the multi-language translation service has been disabled.

• PC（Microsoft Edge）

Launch “Microsoft Edge” from your computer. Then, access Kashiwa City’s homepage and use the translation tool called "Microsoft Edge with Microsoft Translator in your browser (external link)（外部サイトへリンク）”.

• PC （Google chrome）

Launch “Google Chrome” from your computer. Then, access Kashiwa City’s homepage and use the translation tool called "Chrome language change and web page translation (external link)（外部サイトへリンク）"

• Cell phone

Launch “Google Chrome” web browser. Then, access Kashiwa City’s homepage. If the contents have not been translated, use the translation tool called "Chrome language change and web page translation (external link)（外部サイトへリンク）"

             

On the Kashiwa City public homepage, English, Chinese, Korean and Spanish will be translated automatically.
Since this translation will be done by machine, the content may not be 100percent accurate. Please be aware that, depending on the translated document, the content may be different from the original in some cases.
In addition, the translation will only be done for the text part of the page, so images and banners will not be translated. With these points in mind, please make use of this service.

Kashiwa City Living Information（柏市くらしの情報）

Information on the different types of processes at the city hall, as well as daily living information for foreign residents is translated into English, Chinese, Korean  Spanish and Vietnamese, and published in the Living Information.

柏市役所の各種手続きや在住外国人のための生活情報などを英語・中国語・韓国語・スペイン語・ベトナム語に翻訳した便利帳を公開しています。

Consultation Desk for Foreign Residents（外国人相談窓口）

Consultation is available for city hall applications and processes that you may not understand, or for difficulties that you may have in day to day life. The consultation service is free of charge. If possible, please make an appointment.
Requests for translation and interpretation for individual matters other than city hall processes will not be accepted. Your understanding is appreciated.
