Your cooperation is appreciated for the traffic regulations at the 2019 Teganuma Fireworks Festival

On the day of the fireworks festival, there will be special traffic regulations for the surrounding area (as shown on the map). Beginning this year, part of the Teganuma Shizen Fureai Greenspace Path will also have regulations for use of bicycles.

In order to maintain the safety of the festival area, please follow the directions of the security staff during the event.

  There are no parking lots available. A special phone service (0180-991-155) will be available from 8:00am on the day of the event to check whether or not the fireworks will be held as scheduled.



Safety precautions

▶Flight or operation of small unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) is prohibited in the Teganuma area.

▶Viewing the fireworks from the Tega Ohashi Bridge or the Kashiwa Furusato Ohashi Bridge is prohibited.

▶Entering Teganuma Lake by boat or other watercraft is prohibited.

A document issuance service is available at convenience stores. In Kashiwa City, My Number Cards can be used to obtain copies of Resident Registers (Juminhyo) and other certificates at the multi-copy machines in convenience stores across Japan. At the end of September, the Automated Document Issuance Machines will be removed, so please make use of the document issuance service in convenience stores.

▶Each of these documents that can be obtained are limited to those registered in Kashiwa City. The system will be unavailable during maintenance days.

Preparing to use the service

  Before using the convenience store document issuance service, you must obtain your My Number Card first. It takes about one month for My Number Cards to be issued, so please apply for your card as soon as possible.

Children's Medical Expenses Subsidy Cards will be sent out

Children's Medical Expense Subsidy cards valid from Thursday, August 1, will be sent out by mail on Friday, July 26.

Eligibility for Subsidy

  Children in 3rd year junior high school and under.

Out-of-pocket amount

  One outpatient hospital visit, or one day of inpatient care will be 300 yen (free of charge for households that are exempt from Residents' Tax based on income). Prescription medicine is free of charge.


  Please dispose of subsidy cards that have exceeded their date of validity.
