The Teganuma Fireworks Festival is an event that brings sparkle to summer in Kashiwa. Try using the box seats, and enjoy a spectacular new view of the fireworks!
Regular sales of box seats
Tickets are on sale for box seats, where you can get a close-up view of the fireworks.
Cost (Chair seats): Single seat = 3,000 yen, pair seats = 5,500 yen, four seats = 10,000 yen.

You can make a donation using the internet!
Starting from July 1, you can make a donation using your computer or smartphone.
Depending on the amount of the donation, fabulous prizes are available for the first donations received!
Prizes include: TOHO Cinemas Kashiwa Movie Theater Tickets (30 books of 15 tickets available), Pop Circus Kashiwa Performance Tickets (40 books of 20 tickets available), etc.

Your cooperation is appreciated for the special traffic regulations
For two days, from noon to 9:00pm, traffic will be regulated in the areas shown on the map.
If you come to the event area by bicycle, please use the bicycle parking lots located nearby.
Bicycles left in unauthorized areas will be removed
Bicycles left in the area around Kashiwa Station will be removed in time for the Kashiwa Festival. Please be sure that you leave your bicycle in an authorized area, such as a bicycle parking lot.

Location: Areas around the Kashiwa Station East Exit and West Exit where bicycle parking is prohibited.
Other: When you claim a bicycle that has been removed, a removal and storage fee of 3,090 yen per bicycle will be charged.

Nursing Care Insurance Personal Amount Certificates will be sent out by mail
In Kashiwa City, Nursing Care Insurance Personal Amount Certificates will be sent out at the beginning of July to those who have received authorization as requiring support or nursing care, and those who are eligible for services.

On the certificate, please confirm the percentage for which the user is personally responsible, and present the certificate to the care manager, service or facility that you are using.

National Health Insurance Cards and Latter-Stage Elderly Medical Treatment Insurance Cards will be sent out
New health insurance cards will be sent out by registered mail in the middle of July. If you are enrolled in National Health Insurance, and the following items apply to you during the period of Monday, August 1, to Monday, July 31 of next year, please be aware that the period of validity may be different for you.
▶Those who will reach 75 years of age, and become eligible for Latter-Stage Elderly Medical Treatment Insurance. ▶Those who will reach 70 years of age. ▶Those who are currently eligible for the medical care system for retired people, and will reach 65 years of age, as well as their dependents.
Other: If your health insurance card has expired, and is no longer valid, please return it, or dispose of it yourself.
