Note

Please know during the year-end and new year holiday period, cases of bringing the garbage in for disposal increases and it takes longer time to accept and process the request for disposal. Also be aware that the traffic jam around the facility may bring inconvenience to the neighbors. Please plan well ahead for your year-end garbage disposal to aviod the last-minute congestion.

How to apply

By 15^th December (Friday), application form in dedicated envelop must arrive by post (postmark on the day is valid).

※One application per one household.

In case of too many applications, allocation will be determined by drawing lot.

  Kashiwa City COVID-19 Call Center and the website for vaccination booking will be closed on 28^th December (Thursday) considering the demand for both functions.

Vaccination is planned to be continued until 31^st March (Sunday).

The reduction and exemption on water and sewerage usage billing for the victims of heavy rain on 20^th September

Waterworks and Sewerage Bureau will support those who had experienced the storm and flood damage by the heavy rain on 20^th September and certified for the disaster victim for subfloor flooding or flooding above floor level. In addition to the reduction and exemption on sewerage usage billing, the support is extended to the reduction and exemption on water usage billing.

From 1^st December (Friday), you can pay the premiums for National Health Insurance, Latter Stage Elderly Medical Treatment, and Nursing Care Insurance with “Rakuten-Pay”, smartphone payment application. To use this function, you must install the application, finalize the registration and top-up the charge.
