Starting on 28th of April (Friday)! You can request to receive a copy of the certificate of residence and of registered seal (Inkan) by post on official “LINE” app of Kashiwa city

You can request to receive a copy of various certificates on “LINE” app, wherever you are, at home or away from home. It is convenient service for anybody who is busy working or caring child during daytime.   

 

Requirements

Smartphone, “My Number”card, LINE Pay account, credit card (your preference)

Types of certificates available to request on  “LINE” app

▶a copy of the certificate of residence (Also, deleted residence record)

▶the certificate of registered seal (Inkan)

Procedure

Step 1

First add official “LINE”of Kashiwa city to your LINE friends list, then tap “Request” icon in the menu below.

Step 2

Enter required fields, and then read “My Number” card on “LINE Pay” app.

 

Step 3

You can pay online for handling charge and postage stamp.

Requested certificate will be sent to the registered address on the certificate of residence.

COVID-19 now classified 5. Updates of changes

From 8th of May (Monday), Covid-19 is classified as “Class 5”, the class for common infectious disease such as seasonal Influenza.

Please continue the basic practice of protection, such as washing hands and regular air ventilation.     

Medical cost to be on your own expenses

The medical cost which has been covered by the public fund for outpatient PCR test and expenses  for inpatient treatment, are going to be on your own expenses in principle. However, until the end of September (tentative), in case of high cost of the medication for COVID-19 and inpatient treatment, partial support will be offered from the public fund.

High temperature, consult the family doctor

When you have high temperature, please consult your family doctor or any medical institutes nearby. When you do not know who to consult or in case of COVID-19 symptoms worsened, please contact “ Medical Consultation Center, Kashiwa city”.

Updates of COVID-19 Vaccination in 2023 Fiscal year

In 2023 fiscal year, Spring and Autumn Vaccination are scheduled. If you are not entitled to have the vaccination during the Spring vaccination, please hold on to your vaccination ticket until your entitled season comes. Vaccination is offered at the medical institutes at individual basis and group vaccination from 13th of May.  Vaccination is offered for free of charge.

 

 

Eligibility

Spring vaccination

(8th of May (Monday) to   August)

 

Anybody with registered address in Kashiwa city and vaccinated for more than twice, meeting any of the following criteria

▶65 years old and older

▶5 years old and older with pre-existing medical conditions diagnosed by the doctor for high risk of severity 

▶Working for medical institutes, nursing care facility for the elderly people and any facility for the handicapped people

Autumn Vaccination

(September and onward)

 

Anybody of 5 years old and older with registered address in Kashiwa city and vaccinated for more than twice

※First vaccination (including infants of 6 months to 4 years old) is offered throughout the year.

11th to 20th of May,  Nationwide Spring Traffic Safety campaign

20th of May is the day we challenge to achieve NO traffic fatality. From April, you are requested to make the best efforts to wear the safety helmet when riding the bicycle. Be sure to ride the bicycle always with the safety helmet.

Get your child vaccinated

Some of the disease which children are vulnerable to are preventable by having the vaccination. Please check the vaccine log book sent out before becoming 2 months old, and plan to schedule for the vaccination. For the vaccination required before enrolling the elementary school, information  will be sent out accordingly.
