In 2022, there were 77 cases of fire in Kashiwa city, and its rate is about 1 case of fire every 5 days. Each one of us has to be aware of the practice and countermeasure to protect oneself from the fire, and prevent the fire.

2, Never leave anything flammable near the any type of          

   heater.

3, Never leave the kitchen stove in use unattended.

 

 

Applications of services tickets for  National Health Insurance and Latter Stage Elderly Medical Treatment Insurance health for the 2023 fiscal year is starting

Eight Health Services Tickets per person will be issued (1,000-yen subsidy per ticket).

Applications for the 2023 fiscal year will be accepted from 1st of March.

▶️Acupuncture treatment services ▶︎Oral cleaning services ▶︎Health checkup services for people 18 to 38 years of age ▶Exercise services

Eligibility

Anybody satisfying the following requirements, with no

records of unpaid health insurance premiums before the

2022 fiscal year 

▶Registered Kashiwa City National Health Insurance, and being 18 years of age or older as of 31st March, 2024.

▶Living in Kashiwa City, and with registered Chiba Prefecture Latter Stage Elderly Medical Treatment Insurance

How to Apply

Bring the insurance card in person to make the application  at the Health Insurance and Pension Division (1st Floor,  Kashiwa City Hall, Main Building), the Shonan Branch (1st Floor, Shonan Building), the Kashiwa Station City Hall Administrative Service Center, any branch office or on the homepage of Kashiwa city.

Other

▶Applying in person at the Health Insurance and Pension Division during or after April, the service tickets can be issued on the same day. Otherwise, the service tickets will be sent by mail.

▶If anybody representing the applicant is applying for tickets to be issued on the same day, identification document is required.

Online service is available to withdraw from National Health Insurance scheme

When you join the health insurance scheme of the company or you become the dependent, you need to withdraw yourself from the national health insurance. Now you can do this process online.

To proceed the withdrawal, you need to have photographed or scanned data of national health insurance card of all the members withdrawing.

Community Paper “Koho Kashiwa” will be distributed to every household from May

To distribute Kashiwa city and community news and information to as many citizens as possible, the community paper “Koho Kashiwa” is going to be dropped in the mailbox of all the household from May.

Publication is going to be monthly and to be dropped in the mailbox of every household in the end of every month. Ikukuru mail (e-mail distribution) service is also going to be monthly. There will not be any publication on 15th of April.
