Anybody of 12 years old and over with registered address in Kashiwa city and with more than 2 vaccinations done.　※Anybody of 15 years old and under has to be accompanied by the guardian.

Completed application for free of charge  benefits of Early Childhood Education and Day Care Service?

In order to receive new benefits of Early childhood education and day care service at free of charge starting from 1st April, you must be certified for “Facility Usage Benefit” in March. The facility of your choice and the circumstances of your household will make some difference in the requirement of the application for the benefits and the maximum amount of the benefit.  Please check your circumstance and eligibility before the application.

 

Criteria for Eligibility (circumstances of the household)

①Household struggling with childcare for both parents working, illness, pregnancy, etc.　

②Households with a stay-at-home parent.

Anybody experiencing the drop of income due to the Covid-19 and difficulty in paying the premiums for any insurances may be granted for the exemption or postponement of payment if application is done by the due date.
