Protect yourself from the infectious disease

　In winter, because of the low temperature and dry air, it is more likely to get the seasonal infectious disease easily.

Especially in this winter, COVID-19 and Influenza are predicted to coincide. You cannot ignore the fact that this is the season for infectious gastroenteritis from Norovirus too.  Remember to practice the following points to protect yourself and stay healthy.

 

Basic points to protect yourself from the infectious disease 

⃝ Wash hands/disinfect hands & fingers

○Practice Cough etiquette/wear face mask

○Cook at the temperature of 85 degrees or more for more than   90 seconds for the precaution for infectious gastroenteritis.

⃝ If you are considering to have the Influenza vaccination, have it done 2-3 weeks before the spread of the diseases.

 

Maintain the room climate right and boost your immunity

○　Set the room temperature for 22-26 degrees Celsius.

⃝　Maintain the humidity level for 50-60%

○　Open windows to ventilate every 30 minutes 　

⃝ Hydrate yourself regularly

○Wear appropriate clothing to keep yourself warm/practice balanced dietary/exercise moderately

 

Stockpile the daily essentials for emergency case

Please stock up the daily essential items such as the foods

& drinks, pain killer medicine and other daily-life

essentials just in case for the recuperation at home.

When you feel unwell, try to take a rest at the early

stage.

COVID-19 Vaccination

⃝ Not only the elderly people with higher risk of severe COVID-19, but also the younger people are advised to consider to have the COVID-19 Vaccination.

How to apply

By 15th December (Thursday), application forms in dedicated envelop has to be sent by post (Postmark on the day is valid)

※One application per one household.

In case of too many applications, place allocation will be done by a draw.

 Apply My-Number card by 31st (Sat) December to earn the reward My-Number point

Reward My-Number point of maximum 20.000 yen equivalent is

Apply My-Number card

1.Make sure to have the application form

To apply for the My-Number card, you need to have the application form. If you do not have one, please contact My-Number call center, Kashiwa city.

2.You can choose how to apply

Smartphone

Step 1: Take a photo of your face & head on your smartphone        or digital camera

Step 2: Scan the QR code printed on your application form      to access the site

Step 3: Register your mail address, photo of your bust and your date of birth

 

 It is processed quicker to be ready for the collection of the card than applying by post.

You can upload the photo data from the smartphone or digital camera.

 

At the pop-up support desk in the City hall

You can apply at the pop-up support desk in the City hall.

The support covers taking digital photo and filling the  

application form.

Step 1: Have the following ready; printed identification photo of your face & head taken within 6 months

Step 2: You can send the application form with printed photo attached by post.

◎You can also apply on the PC, at the telephone retail store

and Photo machine for identification photo.

 

3.How to collect the card

1-2months after the application, you will receive  a  notice　letter for the issuance of the My-Number card(in green envelope from Kashiwa city).

 

 

What to bring

have one).

Step 1: Make a booking of date and collection           point. Then just drop in the collection point on the booked date.

Step 2: Show your Self Identification document at the. collection point and register the PIN numbers.

Any one of following: Driver’s license, Passport, basic resident register card, Foreigners resident card, Special education record-book, Physical  Disability certificate

B: Other self-Identification

Any two of  the following: Health Insurance card, Nursing-care Insurance card, Pension record-book, Student Identification, Child Medical subsidy card

 

Point to remember: in case of discrepancy of items you

need to bring and self-identification document, you may 

not collect the card.

How to earn the reward My-Number point

　By registering cashless payment service to earn the My-Number point, you will earn the point equivalent to 25% of your shopping value (points of maximum 5.000yen equivalent), when you pay with this cashless payment service for your shopping or charge up the card

Additionally, you will earn reward points of 7500yen equivalent each registration of health insurance card and bank account that any public subsidy or grant to be paid into. You can pay for the shopping and paying utility charges with the points.

Re-opening of the facility at Tanaka Kinrin　(community) center

Tanaka Kinrin (community) center will be re-opened after the closure for the refurbishment on 8th (Thursday) December. After the re-opening, the facilities which has been transferred to Hokubu Kinrin (community) center will be transferred back to Tanaka Kinrin (community) center. For this transfer, following facilities will be closed as shown on the list.
