　Based on the updates on the effectiveness and safety of the COVID-19 Vaccine, the ministry has confirmed that Vaccination for the children is effective to prevent aggravation of the symptoms.  It concluded that effectiveness of onset prevention and prevention of aggravation surpass greatly the risk of side reaction, so that it recommends the vaccination for the children.

　COVID-19 vaccination is not mandatory. It is optional upon your understanding of the effectiveness of prevention of infection and risk of side reaction to have COVID-19 vaccination. Please be reminded that it is optional.

　Tuberculosis is the major infectious disease that over 12,000 people are diagnosed annually and about 1,900 people are died of. When you have following symptoms prolonging for more than 2 weeks, go and see the medical institute at the early stage.

　Those who experiencing decrease of income due to the Covid-19 and difficulty in paying the premiums for any insurances may be granted for the exemption or postponement of collection.
