Drop-in slots for vaccine, No booking required

 

　We have Drop-in slots (no booking required) for vaccination at the group vaccination venue.　You can bring yourself to the venue for the 3rd or 4th Vaccine shots.

 

Eligibility

Anybody living or working in Kashiwa, or attending schools in Kashiwa, and ▶2nd or 3rd vaccine shot was done 5 months ago.

Extending the eligibility for the 4th Vaccine

Eligibility for the COVID-19 Vaccine for 4th shots is extended and now to be offered to anybody under 59 year old of health care professionals and Elderly facility workers. Any of the health care professionals and Elderly facility workers with Resident Registration in Kashiwa when they had 1st and 2nd Vaccination with priority, will receive the 4th ticket for the Vaccination 5 months later after the 3rd shots.

Status updates for Child rearing subsidy needed to be submitted

We sent out notification on Status updates to those who are receiving Child rearing subsidy. To continue to be eligible, you are required to submit the status updates.

 

Closing date

31st (Wed) August

 

How to submit

Fill in the Status updates and send by mail(must arrive by the date) to Child Welfare Division 〒277－8505 or bring it in person to Child Welfare Division (3rd Floor, Kashiwa city hall Annex building) + Shonan branch( 1st floor, Shonan building).

COVID-19 infected while on duty is entitled to receive Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance

Inquiry : Labor Bureau, Chiba Prefecture Tel : 043－221－4313

 

　Not only the case which the route of infection is apparent, but also any work with high risk of infection even though the route of infection is unidentified, can be the case to be entitled to receive Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance. You are also entitled to receive the insurance when the persisting symptoms requires medical treatment.
