 One-time Cash payment of 100.000 yen per household is granted to support households which are experiencing financial difficulty due to the COVID-19. Any household with resident-tax exempt for all the members in the households exempt granted for fiscal year of 2022 (Reiwa 4 nendo) has to proceed to apply for the support.       　

Eligibility

Any household with either condition

▶①Average of the resident-tax of all members in the household is a entitled for exemption

▶② any member of the household above(①)has moved into Kashiwa after 11th Dec 2021(Reiwa 3nen)

▶③Due to the COVID-19, dropped income after Jan 2022(Reiwa 3nen) is almost equivalent to the income level for the resident-tax exempt.

Confirmation and Application form

①＝From 29th June, confirmation will be sent out accordingly to the household which can be entitled to the One-time cash payment

②～③＝will be sent out  to the household which requested application form through the call center※application form is available for download from Homepage of Kashiwa-city

How to apply

By 30th Sep (Fri), ①＝fill in the confirmation and send back in return envelop(postmark on the day acceptable)②～③＝fill in the application form with required documents and send back in return envelop or send to Welfare Policy Division, Kashiwa city hall, 2778505 (postmark on the day acceptable), or check on the homepage of Kashiwa-city

We offer Special Subsidy payment to financially struggling households facing the rise in prices due to prolonging COVID-19. We have sent out a notification letter on 22nd June  and will pay the special subsidy on 8th July(Fri) to the Resident-tax exempt household receiving  child allowances・child rearing special allowances payment for April already. Other entitled households are required to apply for the special subsidy payment.

 
　
Eligibility

 

Any household with a child born after 2nd April 2004(Heisei 16nen)
(in case of a child with disability, birthday between 2nd April 2002(Heisei14nen) ～28th Feb 2023(Reiwa5nen)), with either conditions below ▶resident-tax exempt for 2022 fiscal year (Reiwa4nendo) ▶Due to the COVID-19, dropped current income is almost equivalent to the income level for the resident-tax exempt.

　From Oct, copayment for income earners above a certain level will change to 20%. In accordance with this change, new health insurance cards will be issued to everybody, no matter what change takes place or not, in July and September.

　Considering COVID-19 infection status, the applicable period for injury & illness allowance  of National Health Insurance & Health-care system for elderly aged 75 and over is extended another 3 months.

Eligibility

 

Must have all the conditions

▶registered for Kashiwa city national Health Insurance or Chiba prefecture health-care medical system for elderly

▶receiving payment such as salary

▶having taken sick leaves for continues 4 days and more to recover from the  COVID-19,

Or doubtful symptoms of COVID-19 

▶whole or partial part of the salary has not paid

 We send out tickets for 4th vaccination to who had 3rd vaccination for more than 5 months ago.

Choose booking system for COVID-19 Vaccination

Kashiwa city has set up telephone booking, booking support desk, and online booking system. From the beginning of July, 4th vaccination is starting. We have 140 telephone lines on weekdays and 70 lines on weekends & national holidays for booking.

Until 29th July, we set up booking support  desk at

Palette Kashiwa, Raccolta Kashiwa(Education and welfare building), Shonan Building, and Iki Iki center(Welfare center)at each community.

For those who cannot come to city hall during office hours for consultation regarding tax payment, we set up a consultation   desk on weekends, and consultation is done on the telephone.
