Starting to send 4th tickets for Covid-19 Vaccine

We are sending 4th ticket accordingly to those who has had 3rd vaccine over 5 months ago.

Eligibility for the 4th Vaccination

 

Over 60 year old  ⇒No need to apply	Please wait until you receive your ticket
Over 18 year old who is certified by doctor to have pre-existing condition ・high risk of potential severity	▶Those who applied for priority vaccine tickets for 1st & 2nd vaccine Or Cardiac Disability certificate Yes ⇒No need to apply 　　　Please wait for your ticket No ⇒ Must apply 　　　Please refer to the application procedure on the Kashiwa-city Homepage

Partial Changes in Child Allowance system

　From June, there will be some changes in the Child allowances system. Kashiwa-city will be sending information to those who is receiving the benefit.

No needs of Status updates report

No needs of Status updates report which is usually required June every year. Those who needs to report Status updates will receive a notice if you are required to report.

The result of assessment for payment of the Child Allowance will be notified early September to those who is entitled to including who does not need to report Status updates. 

 

Setting Maximum amount of income to be entitled for Special Subsidy

Special subsidy including Child Allowance for the payment in October (4-months-pay for Jun-Sep) will not be issued for those who exceeds Maximum amount of income for entitlement. Application for the child allowance is required when income level goes below the Maximum amount for entitlement due to the income reduction in next financial year.

By 15th June (Wed), application forms in dedicated envelop has to be sent by post (Postmark on the day is valid)

※One application per one household.

In case of too many applications, place allocation will be done by a draw.
