COVID-19 Vaccine ticket for 4th time will be mailed to those who are eligible toward the end of May.

Over 60 year old	Will be mailed accordingly
Over 18 year old who is certified by doctor to have pre-existing condition ・high risk of potential severity	Will be mailed accordingly to those who fall in conditions below ▶at 15th May dated, those who hold Physical disability certificate for dysfunctions of cardiac・ respiratory・kidney・liver， Rehabilitation handbook, Mental Disability Health and Welfare Handbook.   ▶Those who applied for priority vaccine tickets for 1st & 2nd times for preexisting conditions ※those who doesn’t fall in the above, you have to apply for the issuing the tickets

　It has become a new standard to wear facial mask in public places due to the COVID-19. However we understand there are people who found it difficult to wear facial mask with respiratory & skin conditions and other reasons.

Kashiwa-city is distributing Declaration card for “Have Reasons for not wearing Mask” to promote others to understand the situations.
