Closing date for application of special cash payment for Resident Tax-exempted households

The special cash payment (100,000 yen per household) for resident tax-exempted households, etc.,  to support households exempted from resident tax on a per capita basis and households that have experienced sudden changes due to the effects of COVID-19 is available to be applied. You must apply to receive the benefit by the closing date. For those who haven’t applied yet, please make sure you must apply by the closing date.

 

Eligibility and procedure

Eligibility	Households with all members exempted from resident tax on a per capita basis in 2021(Reiwa 3nen)	Households with decreased income due to COVID-19, falling under resident tax exemption (households with sudden changes in their financial situation)
Closing date	28 April (Sat)	30 September (Fri)
Procedure	Send a confirmation form in enclosed Reply envelope (Postmark on the day is valid) *Confirmation form has been sent out to the head of household.  If not received yet, please contact  the special cash payment call center.	Download and fill in the application form from the homepage. Starting the application for Kashiwa-shi Eco house promotion comprehensive subsidy

Kashiwa city is supporting the installation of eco-friendly facilities, such as storage batteries, refurbishment of window insulation and etc,.  New additions to the list are Electric vehicle and V2H Charging and discharging equipment.

Why not start an eco-friendly lifestyle with eco-friendly facilities?

      

 

List of the facilities for the Kashiwa-shi eco-house promotion comprehensive subsidy

Window insulation	¼  of the cost paid for the eligible facility ( max 80.000yen)
Household fuel cell system (Ene-farm)stationary lithium	in case of power outage ▶self sustaining＝max 100.000yen ▶no-self sustaining ＝max 50.000yen
Stationary Lithium-ion storage battery system	max 70.000yen※must have solar power facility
Electric vehicle	▶solar power facility & V ２H charging and discharging equipment ＝max 150.000yen ▶only with solar power facility ＝max 100.000yen
V2H charging and discharging equipment	1/10 of the cost paid for the eligible  facility （max 250.000yen）※must equip solar power facility and electric  vehicle

Eligibility

Kashiwa citizen living in Kashiwa with no tax delinquency

Conditions   

It must apply to either condition below.

▶Starting the installation for detatched house or aprtment house in Kashiwa  start  after 1st of April  2022(Reiwa 4nen)

▶Electric vehicle car registration date or delivery date  of inspection certificate after 1st of April  2022(Reiwa 4nen)

 

Application procedure

Application period: 2 May(Mon)-28 February (Tue)2023

Application form is available at the Kankyo seisakuka(Environmental Policy Division) located on the 4th floor of Kashiwa city hall main building.

Fill in the form and send the form and required documents to the address below by mail (Must arrive by the closing date) or bring them to the city hall.
