Pay attention to the vaccination interval when getting other kinds of vaccinations

The Covid-19 vaccination cannot be received at the same time as other vaccinations such as the influenza vaccination. If you are getting other kinds of vaccinations, there must be at least a 13-day interval before or after your vaccination for Covid-19 (on or after the same day of the week, two weeks following the day of your vaccination).

If you are planning to get other kinds of vaccinations, please check the vaccine interval with the medical facility providing the vaccination before you schedule your Covid-19 vaccinations.

For those who are thinking about getting vaccinated

The Covid-19 vaccine prevents the onset of Covid-19 and the worsening of symptoms. If a large number of people are vaccinated, it prevents cluster outbreaks at schools and workplaces, reduces the number of Covid-19 infections, and thus reduces the chances of new variants occurring. It is important to understand the various pros and cons of getting vaccinated or remaining unvaccinated. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the vaccinations, please contact the Kashiwa City Covid-19 Vaccine Call Center.
