National Pension Insurance payment exemption/postponement applications will be accepted

National Pension Type 1 insurance members who are struggling financially with National Pension Insurance payments as a result of unemployment or a decrease in last year’s income, may be able to receive an exemption or postponement if their application is approved. In addition, those whose income has decreased as a result of the effects of COVID-19 can receive an exemption or postponement of payment through the Special Exemption System if their application is approved.

National Pension Office (City Hall Main Building, 1st Floor), Reception Desk Service Division (Shonan Building, 1st Floor)
Applications other than Special Exemption System applications can also be done at the Kashiwa Eki-Mae Administrative Service Center, or branch offices.
Other
- The Japan Pension Service will evaluate the application, and provide a notification of the result.
- Students 20 years of age and older may apply through the Student Payment Special System.

Pest control spray will be done on rice fields by an unmanned helicopter

Spraying in all areas will be done between 4:30am and noon. The schedule may change depending on the weather.

If you accidentally come into contact with the pesticide, and you are feeling any ill effects, please contact the Jikei University Kashiwa Hospital – Phone: 7164-1111.
Certificates for the out-of-pocket amount for Nursing Care Insurance will be sent by mail

Those who are approved to continue receiving support and nursing care starting from August, and those eligible for nursing care activities will be sent certificates for the out-of-pocket amount for Nursing Care Insurance on Friday, July 3. Please check the user’s out-of-pocket amount on the certificate for the out-of-pocket amount, and present the certificate to your care manager or the service facility that you are using.
